Pacing Guides

Stories in History was created to give homeschool families the flexibility to learn in a way that works for them. Some families prefer a structured plan, while others enjoy moving at their own pace. These pacing guides are designed to provide a simple roadmap for families who would like help organizing their school year.

Each guide offers a suggested lesson schedule, recommended books, and pacing ideas to help you complete the course over the course of a typical school year. Feel free to slow down, spend extra time on topics your child enjoys, skip activities, or adjust the schedule as needed.

Remember, these guides are simply suggestions. The goal isn't to stay perfectly on schedule—it's to enjoy meaningful learning together and make history come alive for your family.
