Refund policy

Returns — Physical Products Only

We accept returns on eligible physical (printed) products only. Digital downloads are not eligible for returns or refunds. Exchanges can be made.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with no writing, torn pages, bent pages, or other signs of use or damage. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

A flat $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@storiesinhistory.org.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital downloads and other digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Physical products that have been written in, damaged, or used

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • A flat $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
