Literature-Based: mostly picture books you can get at the library or you can find as read-alouds on YouTube (indicated with a symbol), but we also include a few short, chapter books (think Island of the Blue Dolphins). Pick and choose as many books as you would like from each unit, you do NOT need to read all of them.
Worksheets/Activities Included: dozens of activities such as recipes, map work, coloring sheets, crosswords, word searches, rock painting, board games and more are already included with this purchase.
Timeline with printable stickers: student(s) add timeline stickers during each unit. You can print it on sticker paper or have students cut and paste.
Flexible Pacing: Do one lesson a week to complete in a year or two lessons a week to complete in half a year.
